Can I come by without an appointment just to get oriented?

You can visit us without an appointment, but to ensure personal attention and the best service, we recommend making one. This applies to viewing products, returns, or other questions.

Appointments always take priority, so we can assist you quickly and comprehensively. This is how we truly deliver our five-star service.
Is there parking nearby or at the Concept Store?

Amsterdam

Unfortunately, parking directly in front of the store is not yet possible. Our store is located in Oostenburg, a neighborhood currently undergoing major development. As a result, you may temporarily experience roadworks in the area. We recommend that you take this into account when planning your trip.

The best place to park is:

  • Q-park Oostenburg. – the nearest parking garage, a short walk from our store.

  • Oostenburgervoorstraat

  • Conradstraat

From these locations, you can easily reach our store on foot via the pedestrian bridges.

How long does a Personal Shopping appointment last?

The time required depends on what you want to try out. For bed linens, duvets, featherbeds, and pillows, we generally reserve about 30 minutes. For mattresses and complete bed concepts, we allow about an hour.

If you need more time to test and make a well-considered decision, we're happy to take that time for you. At DOUXE, peace and quiet are paramount. There's no need to rush.
Do I need to bring anything, like measurements or photos of my bedroom?

This isn't mandatory, but it is very helpful. The measurements of your current bed or room, and any photos of your bedroom, provide our advisors with valuable information to provide you with even more targeted advice.
Can I test individual products, such as pillows or duvets?

Yes, absolutely. In our store, you can experience all the pillows, duvets, featherbeds, and bed linens individually. We're happy to take the time to discuss various options with you until you find exactly what suits you.
Can I take my order with me immediately after the consultation?

Some products are available directly from stock in the Concept Stores. if not, the order will be delivered to your home from the warehouse the next day. Custom-made items or pre-order products are produced especially for you. Our advisors are happy to inform you about delivery times and shipping options.
Are all fabrics and samples available for viewing in the store?

Yes, in our Concept Stores you'll find a wide selection of fabrics, samples, and materials. This allows you to see all the designs, colors, and finishes in person to make an informed choice.
