The DOUXE Gift Card is the perfect present for anyone who appreciates hotel luxury. Please find below the general terms and conditions that apply to the use of this gift card.
1. Validity
The DOUXE Gift Card is valid for two years from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the card can no longer be used, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
2. Use

In our DOUXE Concept Stores in Amsterdam and The Hague
The gift card may be used for full or partial payment of any DOUXE product. If the total purchase amount exceeds the balance on the card, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method.
3. Not Exchangeable for Cash
The DOUXE Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, and the remaining balance will not be paid out, either in full or in part.
4. Additional Terms

The gift card cannot be reloaded.

The balance will be updated immediately after each purchase.

In case of loss, theft, or damage, DOUXE cannot issue a replacement or refund. Please treat your gift card as you would cash.
