Article 1: Definitions
DOUXE: DOUXE Hotel Luxury, operating through douxestore.com.
Membership / Programme: the loyalty programme through which you earn points and redeem them for rewards.
Member: a customer with an active account on douxestore.com who has enrolled in the programme.
Points: loyalty points awarded in accordance with the terms outlined on this page and/or as displayed in your account.
Rewards: discount benefits that can be claimed using a specific number of points.
Article 2: Participation & Registration
Participation in the membership programme is free of charge.
You become a member by creating an account (or logging in) on douxestore.com and enrolling in the membership programme.
The membership is personal and intended for consumers only. DOUXE reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation in cases of misuse or fraud.
Article 3: Welcome Gift
Upon joining as a member, you will receive a welcome gift of 25 loyalty points. These points will automatically be added to your account.
Article 4: Earning Points
You earn points on purchases made through douxestore.com and, where available, at one of the DOUXE Concept Stores, provided your purchase is linked to your account.
You earn points based on your order value: 1 point per €1 spent.
Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after discounts, excluding shipping costs.
DOUXE may offer temporary promotions through which additional points can be earned. The terms of such promotions will be communicated separately through your account and/or via the website.
Article 5: Redeeming Points (Claiming Rewards)
Once you have collected enough points, you may redeem a reward through your account. You will then receive a discount code which can be applied during checkout.
Rewards provide a discount on the product value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A maximum of one reward may be used per order.
Rewards do not apply to shipping costs and are not valid on gift cards.
Article 6: Rewards & Minimum Spend Thresholds
The current rewards and thresholds are always displayed in your account and on this page. Examples of rewards available within the programme include:
At 500 points: €15 discount (redeemable on orders from €300)
At 1,200 points: €30 discount (redeemable on orders from €500)
At 2,000 points: €50 discount (redeemable on orders from €750)
(Please note: DOUXE reserves the right to adjust rewards and thresholds; see Article 11.)
Article 7: Validity & Expiry of Points
Your points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. After this period, they will automatically expire.
Expired points cannot be reinstated once they have lapsed.
Article 8: Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments
In the event of a full or partial return, the points earned on the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points balance.
If you have redeemed a reward and subsequently return all or part of your order, this may affect the final value of your benefit. DOUXE reserves the right to adjust the number of points and/or reward value where necessary.
Article 9: Personal Use, Transferability & Misuse
Points and rewards are personal, linked to a single account and non-transferable.
Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be paid out.
In the event of suspected misuse (including fraudulent earning or claiming of points, multiple accounts, or resale of rewards), DOUXE reserves the right to invalidate points, withdraw rewards and/or terminate the membership.
Article 10: Termination of Your Membership
You may terminate your membership by deleting your account or unsubscribing, where available.
Upon termination of your account or membership, any outstanding points and unredeemed rewards will expire.
Article 11: Amendments and Termination by DOUXE
DOUXE reserves the right to amend or terminate the membership programme, point thresholds and/or these terms and conditions. In the event of significant changes, DOUXE will inform you via email and/or through the website.
Article 12: Privacy
For participation in the membership programme, DOUXE processes personal data (such as your account information and purchase history) in order to allocate points and manage rewards. The DOUXE privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.
Article 13: Liability
DOUXE shall not be liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability or errors within the membership programme, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. DOUXE makes every effort to accurately register points balances and rewards; in the event of discrepancies, the DOUXE administration shall prevail.
