Delivery time in the Netherlands & Belgium
Most popular items (sizes) are usually available from stock within 1 week in the Netherlands and Belgium. Articles may be temporarily unavailable or produced to order (e.g. custom-made articles). You will be notified by email within 48 hours after your order has been placed. Items not immediately in stock have a delivery time of 4 weeks.

Delivery time for foreign delivery addresses
Different delivery times apply to orders shipped to a foreign address. The exact delivery time will be provided upon request and per order.

Parcel delivery Featherbeds, Bedding and Bed linen
Orders are delivered by PostNL or DHL. Your package will be delivered to the desired address from Monday to Saturday. Once your parcel has been processed by the carrier, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. The delivery driver will make a delivery attempt. If you are not at home, you will receive a digital notification of what happened to the parcel. You can choose delivery to your neighbours or to a parcel point.

Delivery Mattresses, Boxsprings and Headboards
Transport costs are provided per quote based on volume and destination. For example, delivery of a single bed with mattress:

- Netherlands, Belgium: free delivery
- Germany, Denmark: € 200
- France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland: € 250
- Spain, Portugal: € 350

Outside the EU, any import or customs duties will be charged when the order arrives in the destination country. As a customer, you are responsible for these costs, which may vary from country to country. The amount of this fee is calculated by the customs of the country where the order is delivered. If you want to know to what extent you have to pay these duties, you should contact the customs of the country concerned.
