The tufted headboard is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship, where each button must be placed at the exact same distance from the surrounding buttons.

The distances between the buttons are carefully calculated and designed in AutoCAD, after which a CNC machine precisely carves out the frame of the headboard. The position of each button, as well as the holes in the cold foam and fabric, is aligned to the millimeter to create the unique folds in the fabric. In the sewing workshop, expert seamstresses manually cut the fabric to size, hem it, and attach it to high-quality cold foam. The buttons, which are also hand-upholstered with the fabric of your choice, are then carefully placed. These specialist processes, performed by experienced furniture upholsterers, make this headboard a work of art that is immediately recognized by connoisseurs.
The headboard is crafted as a single piece and can be brought into the bedroom using a furniture lift if necessary. By mounting the headboard with a hook rail just above the baseboard, it will be better displayed and protected from rising moisture. Thanks to the use of high-quality cold foam, it feels comfortable when you sit or lie against it. The love and craftsmanship that have gone into this artisanal upholstery are visible in the detailed finish.
