So, how does certified down work? Let us explain. Before the feathers make it to your bed, they’ve already been through a careful process. Our down is sourced from our state-of-the-art factory in Austria. Thanks to its ideal location, the down and feathers are washed using fresh spring water directly from the source. An ingenious washing system ensures the water is also responsibly purified.Afterward, all DOUXE featherbeds, duvets, and pillows are handcrafted by expert seamstresses, resulting in a level of finishing that no machine can replicate. The result? Luxurious, soft, and high-quality featherbeds, duvets, and pillows filled with 100% pure goose down – just like in the finest hotels.
