Custom Headboard?
The production process involves several steps, each carried out with meticulous care and attention.
It begins with a sketch, photo, or drawing sent to our furniture maker. A specialized AUTO-CAD drafter converts this sketch into a detailed construction drawing, which is then used by a CNC machine. This computer-controlled milling machine cuts the wooden parts with millimeter precision, after which the furniture maker assembles them into a solid frame. This frame forms the base of the headboard, with materials like poplar plywood and cold foam ensuring a sturdy and durable construction.
Once the frame is assembled, it is under-upholstered. Our seamstress then carefully cuts and locks the fabrics to size, adding details like piping by hand. The fabric covers are meticulously attached to the frame, and the headboard is prepared for transport.
To ensure that the headboard arrives in perfect condition, it is carefully packed in protective materials. Our furniture maker oversees every detail of the production process, guaranteeing quality from start to finish. Finally, our expert installers ensure that the headboard is mounted correctly on the wall, ready to enhance your bedroom with a unique piece of craftsmanship.
