Returns

If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return your order to DOUXE Hotel Luxury within 14 days after delivery. Please inform us on info@douxe.eu.

The costs for a return shipment are for your own account. In the Netherlands and Belgium the costs for a return shipment are € 7,50, (boxsprings and mattresses exclusded), other countries on request. 

The return shipment must meet the following points:

- The item is not used or damaged
- The items must be in the original packaging
- The items must be packed in a cardboard box
- Make sure it is clearly indicated from whom the package originates
- Custom made products cannot be returned
-  Returns are only possible through the online 'return portal' below. It is not allowed to return products in the showrooms.
