Your welcome gift
When you become a member, you will receive 25 reward points as a welcome gift. These points will be automatically added to your account, after which you will earn more points with every order towards rewards.
Earn points
As a member, you earn 1 point for every €1 spent. You can also earn points in other ways.
About the Resident Membership

You become a member by creating an account (or logging in) at douxestore.nl and signing up for the membership. Participation is free.
You earn points by placing an order on douxestore.com or in one of our Concept Stores while you are logged into your account. The points are automatically added to your account. In your account, you will also find more ways to earn points.
You earn points based on your order value: 1 point per €1. Points are calculated on the amount paid after discounts and include shipping costs.
Once you have enough points, you can redeem a reward in your account. You will then receive a discount code that you can apply at checkout.
Your points are valid for 12 months after they are awarded. After this period, they will automatically expire.
You can view your current points balance when you log in to your account on douxestore.com.

Rewards are valid on discounted items, outlet items, and bundles.
Your points are added immediately after a purchase. You can always view your points balance in your account.
If you return all or part of your order, the points earned on those items will be deducted from your points balance.
You can use a maximum of one reward per order.
Rewards apply to all products (including shipping costs) and are also valid on gift cards.
Yes. When you close your account or end your membership, any remaining points and unredeemed rewards will expire.
No. Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be paid out.
No. Points and rewards are personal and linked to a single account. They cannot be transferred.
DOUXE may modify or terminate the membership, point thresholds, or terms and conditions. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you via email and/or through the website.
