You are welcome to visit without an appointment. However, to ensure dedicated personal attention and the best service, we recommend booking an appointment. This applies to browsing products, returns, or any other questions. Appointments are always prioritised, so we can assist you quickly and thoroughly — allowing us to truly deliver our five-star service.
Is there parking nearby or at the Concept Store?

Parking directly in front of our Amsterdam Concept Store is currently not possible. Our store is located in Oostenburg, a neighbourhood undergoing major development, so you may temporarily encounter roadworks in the surrounding area. We recommend allowing a little extra travel time.

Please note: guests with a disabled parking permit can park directly in front of the store.

From these locations, the store can be reached easily on foot via the pedestrian bridges.
How long does an appointment take?

The time needed depends on what you would like to try. For bed linen, duvets, featherbeds and pillows, we typically reserve around 30 minutes. For mattresses and complete bed concepts, we recommend approximately one hour. If you need more time to test and make a well-considered choice, we are happy to take it — at DOUXE, calm and personal attention come first. There is no need to rush.
Do I need to bring anything?

Measurements of your current bed or space, and any photos of your bedroom, give our advisors valuable insight so we can guide you even more precisely. It’s not required, but it can be very helpful.

Can I take my purchase home immediately?

Some products are available directly from stock in our Concept Stores. If not, your order will be delivered to your home from our warehouse the next day. Custom-made items or pre-order products are produced especially for you. Our advisors will be happy to inform you about lead times and delivery options.
Are all fabrics and samples available in-store to view?

Yes. In our Concept Stores you will find an extensive selection of fabrics, samples and materials. This allows you to view designs, colours and finishes in person and make a well-informed choice.
