The symmetrical round design and recessed mattress give this combination a voluminous yet minimalist look. The headboard and the three bed frame sections are meticulously milled using CNC technology based on AutoCAD drawings, ensuring the symmetry of the bed frame is accurate to the millimeter. The body of the headboard is made from poplar plywood, while the sturdy, fully concealed frame of birch plywood provides optimal mattress support. In the sewing workshop, experienced seamstresses manually cut the fabric to size and attach it to pre-shaped cold foam for a pleasant curve, ensuring both the headboard and bed sections feel comfortable.

The bed sections are carefully assembled on-site using iron corner brackets, with the mitered upholstery seamlessly fitting together. The bed rests on invisible legs of 2 cm for ventilation and durability. Since the headboard is made from a single piece, it can be brought into the bedroom with a furniture lift if needed. By mounting the headboard just above the skirting board with a hook strip, it gains a prominent position in the bedroom while preventing rising damp.

The Nobilis Niamey fabric is available in three different colors: Orange (shown in the photo), blue/grey, and Galet.

It is also possible to have the headboard upholstered in a variety of other fabrics and colors.
